Professional Overview

Jarrett Gray is a commercial real estate broker specializing in multi-family assets throughout the Portland-Metro areas. As a Portland native and Concordia University - Portland alum, he possesses intrinsic knowledge of the region. With an already strong family background in commercial and residential real estate, as well as an illustrious career as a professional athlete and over a year of experience in the industry, Jarrett now joins Apartments Northwest, LLC.

While completing his BA in Marketing and Master's in Business Administration at Concordia, Jarrett captained the men's basketball team and led the conference in statistics, receiving numerous accolades for outstanding athletic accomplishments. Jarrett also excelled academically, earning a 4.0 GPA throughout the majority of his secondary education. During this time, he also interned as a leasing agent, research assistant, and financial analyst for several real estate companies, providing diverse insights on the industry.

Building off of his performance on the court, Jarrett took a few years to compete in the international arena. He would go on to play at the professional level in some of the top leagues in Ireland, Australia, and Germany, leading a formative career that refined his diligence, precision, competitive spirit while reinforcing a teammate mentality. Upon retiring, Jarrett would go on to acquire his real estate license and gained over a year of experience as a multi-family broker at Marcus & Millichap.

Jarrett spends his free time still excelling on the basketball court, coaching younger generation, out golfing with friends, or fishing throughout the Pacific Northwest.
