Apartments Northwest, LLC, was founded in November, 1999 by Tim Gray and John Pyle. In late 2022, John Pyle stepped away from the business to enjoy his retirement. The company specializes in the brokerage of multi-family apartment buildings in Portland, Salem and other Willamette Valley markets. Apartments Northwest offers investors access to a wide range of apartment inventory, extensive transactional experience, and savvy market knowledge earned by successfully completing a large number of apartment sales.
